Wake-up call
We published an incredibly powerful article this week that I hope acts as an urgent warning to businesses. All over the country, women are being penalised just for having kids. They’re being edged out of roles they’re good at because of a lack of flexibility and outdated policies. They’re being marginalised and taken advantage of and made to feel like a hindrance rather than an asset.
