Gousto’s new CCO on its ‘ruthless focus’ on the customer

Since meal kit businesses boomed during the pandemic, brands in the category have had to contend with changing customer habits, the cost of living crisis and stagnated growth.
However, while the sector continues to battle headwinds, some brands are on the up once again.
One such brand is Gousto, which reported an underlying profit of £26m earlier this year, bouncing back from losses of £8m in 2022.
