Matt Thomas is a Senior Director at P&G, leading the Northern Europe Brand Function, in addition to running its Media Operations across all brands. During his career with P&G, he has worked across a number of the business’ categories, developing brand building strategies to help drive both business and category growth. He has been in his current role for two years, and works in close partnership with media owners and retailers to grow our brands’ penetration via improved reach, effectiveness and efficiency of P&G’s advertising across Northern Europe.
