M&S, Co-op and Harrods have all faced difficulties due to cyber attacks, with the M&S outage lasting for weeks and costing the business in the region of £300m. New research from Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) suggests cyber attacks are a trend which could be set to continue if brands don’t get to grips with it.
