Tesla has had a rough year. Falling revenues, tumbling sales and a CEO that has quickly become more hinderance than help has seen the EV pioneer lose its iron grip on a category it once dominated.

Some better news for the beleaguered manufacturer this week, however, as its long in development drive-in (or should that be charge-in?) diner has launched to the public in Los Angeles.
